Thank you for including LE audio (Movie Mode). Strongly encourage marketing to start calling it LE audio though and not Movie Mode because most people are searching for LE audio.

can it be used wired?

I used to love these, but lately have just had issue after issue. One just stops working or one has low sound and the other high, then they go normal again and then the other is high sound instead, or i pair them an only one connects with sound. I follow all the instructions and it just connects the other one and then the other has no sound again. Absolutely hate these things now. The fact I have to keep putting them back in the case just to connect etc?? The old version you would just hold the button to turn on or off. Worst design ever

Tap both earbuds at the same time while they are in the charging case. Then try to pair. It worked for me.

My two cents. I must mention that in my case in order to reset the LEFT earbud, I need to put it in the case alone, leaving the right earbud out of the case. That was the only way I was able to reset the left one. The right one could be resetted with both earbuds in the case.

I bought a pair of your JLab plus ear buds from the bookstore at the University of Houston. My left AirPod stopped working and unfortunately I couldn’t afford to buy another pair. I was told by a friend that for the money Jlab isn’t bad. I wish I would have known that you can purchase a replacement AirPod without buying a pair. These are the worse earbuds I have ever owned. When I first paired them to my iPhone it sounded like static going in and out during all calls. When the static stopped so did automatically connecting to my phone. I have to manually connect them and now my sound goes in and out. They can hear me but I can’t hear them. The bookstore charged me $32 and Amazon has them for $19.99. The bookstore doesn’t give refunds on electronics after you have opened them . If I would’ve paid $20, I would be okay with throwing them in the trash. I had to buy a replacement AirPod for $56. I’m a 53 year old grad student. I can not afford to throw earbuds away but these are trash and will only be used if something happens to my AirPods! They also start to slip out after a while. I would like my money back but I threw away the receipt since I couldn’t return them but it’s on my bank statement! Very disappointed,

These are awesome but if you bend down to stick washing on they fall off your head. There's no way you could play basketball with them on. JLABs to combat the 'too tight head clamp' and the 'too loose' camp. You should create a headband which can have the tension of clamp adjusted (perhaps by a flat rotor or something). It will up your game for sure. No one else does it.

Do they have a Type-C Dongle Dongle Like The Epic Lab Edition?

DO NOT BUY JLab headphones. I was a huge supporter of their products, but I've had several pairs and they ALL desync. Warranty support is decent, they'll replace your headphones if you do this method, but it doesn't matter because the replacement pair of headphones will start doing the same thing. I want to support the company, but the product has failed me three times personally. Yes, I've tried this method and others. At best, they're a temporary fix. In other cases, it simply does nothing.

White light on right earbud. Wont pair with left. Regardless of how many times i reset.
